0 stars 0 stars. No option to give zero stars. I have ordered a jacket three weeks ago. I’ve had an email to say it would be shipped in five days. I’ve sent two emails asking where it is. No replies. I have tried to contact them online chat. No reply. I have tried to call them no answer. I would like a refund.

Fraudulent company Ordered my product well over 2 weeks ago now, still haven’t received confirmation or an update! I’ve emailed and wrote on the companies page and haven’t had a response but quick enough to take my money! Avoid this scamming company, will be on the phone to the bank tomorrow for fraud.

Ordered a coat from this company 6… Ordered a coat from this company 6 weeks ago and it never showed up. Sent several emails requesting an update or even some tracking details, all have been ignored and no response received.

Terrible customer service Ordered a "True to Size" jacket that was far too small. Tried numerous times to contact them to sort out my exchange/ refund but no luck with anything. I've tried their email, phone number, facebook and instagram... not a single reply back...

Apologies - My earlier review was meant for the company using the details - Dog Face UK. I Ordered 2 x dog jumpers. Both were too small. I returned them recorded delivery. No refund, no replacements, no further contact. I sincerely apologise to the dogfacebrand.com for any bad publicity on my part.
