Super fast scanning and getting paid quickly! It's was super fast using the Ziffit book scanner. Once they received my books, I was paid within 48hours!

Books in every storage unit There's a lot of places out there that you can't trust I've sent four boxes of books to this place took a bit of time to get through but everyone was checked in paid for right into my PayPal I'll be dealing with this place every time I have a fifth box already there this place is perfect.. we clean out storage units and we get lots of books all the time thank you

Easy to use I love the app scanner feature because it makes entering books that I want to sell back faster than having to enter each isbn number. Ziffit also tells you if they will accept the book or not and provides an amount for sell back. I also love the fact that ziffit provides a shipping label for us to ship the books to them.

Could be better but appreciate the quick payments I do believe the payout could be better on newer books, but I appreciate the fast turn around on payment when items are sent in.

Shady, unethical and will rip you off I sent the company five different orders in five different well packed boxes and received emails that several brand new books were had excessive damage. They didn’t have any damage. The company also said in four out of five orders that they didn’t receive numerous items and all those items were of course brand new and the higher priced ones Everything was included in each box and shipment that was sent and there was no damage or missing items. The company is supposedly checking the warehouse however they have already asked me for my trade numbers twice which shows they never bothered to fully read my first email since everything was included I’d give them negative billion stars if that was an option
