Happy with experience As a first timer, the process was easy and I appreciated the updated emails. Entire process was completed in a timely manner. Hopefully will be able to "cash in" with a few more books in the future.

Shady, unethical and will rip you off I sent the company five different orders in five different well packed boxes and received emails that several brand new books were had excessive damage. They didn’t have any damage. The company also said in four out of five orders that they didn’t receive numerous items and all those items were of course brand new and the higher priced ones Everything was included in each box and shipment that was sent and there was no damage or missing items. The company is supposedly checking the warehouse however they have already asked me for my trade numbers twice which shows they never bothered to fully read my first email since everything was included I’d give them negative billion stars if that was an option

Simple and fast! Once I submitted my trade, it was simple. The shipping was free and I was able to track my package the whole way. I received payment 2 days after they received my books!

Could be better but appreciate the quick payments I do believe the payout could be better on newer books, but I appreciate the fast turn around on payment when items are sent in.

User friendly and quick… User friendly and quick transactions.You scan your items and they send you the shipping labels for drop off. I am moving and I needed to clean up my book case. I sold books back from college. I need to tell you though, they might not accept all the books. My books were mostly about history and some of them didn’t work.
