Much improved My experience with this company has much improved since a year ago. I've had no reason to contact Ziffit's customer service over the last few months, which is a good thing.

Shady, unethical and will rip you off I sent the company five different orders in five different well packed boxes and received emails that several brand new books were had excessive damage. They didn’t have any damage. The company also said in four out of five orders that they didn’t receive numerous items and all those items were of course brand new and the higher priced ones Everything was included in each box and shipment that was sent and there was no damage or missing items. The company is supposedly checking the warehouse however they have already asked me for my trade numbers twice which shows they never bothered to fully read my first email since everything was included I’d give them negative billion stars if that was an option

I sold books back from college. I need to tell you though, they might not accept all the books. My books were mostly about history and some of them didn’t work.
