Love them Bought these as a gift for my daughter she loves these shoes and has gotten several compliments on them. I bought her normal size and they fit as expected.

The quality is great! The shoes came late and weren't delivered to my doorstep, so I had to pick them up at a nearby post office. But I guess it was worth it because the shoes looked perfect and I got a lot of compliments.

They send me the return label, I mailed them, received an email that my refund was processed, it never showed up in my account. After being incredibly responsive to get me to keep the shoes, now crickets and I cannot get them to return an email or phone call. SCAM ALERTS!!!!

Do not order from them I ordered these shoes nearly a month ago and haven’t received it and not getting any proper answer from them. The last email exchange, they asked me to go a pick it up myself from a carrier that there is no detail from it! I don’t know if they are actually a company and exist or not?? The extra wide is great and very comfortable. I'm impressed with the comfort level of these Balenciaga sneakers. The cushioning and support provided make them perfect for all-day wear.
