They send me the return label, I mailed them, received an email that my refund was processed, it never showed up in my account. The quality is great! The shoes came late and weren't delivered to my doorstep, so I had to pick them up at a nearby post office. But I guess it was worth it because the shoes looked perfect and I got a lot of compliments.
