I am very disappointed from my order I… I am very disappointed from my order I got scammed - 1st I order 14k gold bracelet for my boyfriend as Valentine gift , they charged me 400$ and cancelled my order .. they claim I’ll get refund but it has been more than 10 days I didn’t get any refund - but I trusted them and place another order with my mother card and they charged 400 $ nd then email me next day that my order has been cancelled again - they charged total 800$ and I didn’t get any parcel neither I get refund

Memorial pendant REPLACED I ordered a memorial pendant for my Mom, that she previously ordered which she cherished never taking it off and it was lost. She was crushed. So decided to replace it... had it sent directly to her she was not only surprised but loved it.
