I ordered a 14k gold chain I ordered a 14k gold chain. They shipped the wrong chain. I returned it for a refund. I was never refunded and when I inquired about the chain they said they had never received it. However, I have an email from months ago saying that they received it, as well as confirmation from the shipper that it was received. They continue to play email tag..

Memorial pendant REPLACED I ordered a memorial pendant for my Mom, that she previously ordered which she cherished never taking it off and it was lost. She was crushed. So decided to replace it... had it sent directly to her she was not only surprised but loved it. It was a picture of my Dad and her and he has passed away So I am happy she was able to get another pendant to show her Love for my Dad.

I am very disappointed from my order I… I am very disappointed from my order I got scammed - 1st I order 14k gold bracelet for my boyfriend as Valentine gift , they charged me 400$ and cancelled my order .. they claim I’ll get refund but it has been more than 10 days I didn’t get any refund - but I trusted them and place another order with my mother card and they charged 400 $ nd then email me next day that my order has been cancelled again - they charged total 800$ and I didn’t get any parcel neither I get refund
