Perfect shipment We received the mirror in perfect condition. It was packed very well. We haven’t installed it yet because it is for a new house we are building but so far so good.

Low light level The light level of the mirror backlighting is too low, especially based on the price, which is much higher than competitors. It also leaves light gaps at the corners.

Mirror was cracked at the seams and… Mirror was cracked at the seams and when I reached out to customer support, no help was given, just a discount on a future purchase.

Dissapointing customer service on returns I love the mirrors but the return policy is awful. I accidently ordered the wrong mirror still in BOXES and IB Mirror would charge me an arm and a leg to return it so I won't be using them again.
