No way to know who the gift was from My recipient said there was no information on the package for them to know who it came from, so they didn't know who to call to thank. Perhaps have a better place to write a "note" about why/whom the package is for/from etc. Perhaps they missed it? Package seemed to take a long time to be delivered.

practical shelves? the delivery was fast and the product was well packed; however, our suitcase wasn't deep enough to take advantage of the shelves. once it was hung up the contents were exposed and tended to fall out if jostled. Seemed a little high priced but Hubbie still loved it. would like to have a handle added for easier carry

Poor communication skills! I deal with a lot of companies. They advise me of the carrier and approximate date of delivery. BundleStop failed to do this. I was in total darkness on these issues until I emailed them. Why did you not advise me at time of order? That is why I gave you 4 stars. Otherwise, all was good.
