CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMONG THE BEST. After only receiving 1 of 2 items from the dropshipper (yes, this is a dropship website so lag time is expected. Although my order was "shipped" quickly.) Now, back to the missing item. Although I received an email confirming shipment of both items, the one not received cost $240. I was miffed. The good part is Bundle Stop immediately responded and went out of their way to make things right. And they succeeded. 5 stars for customer service. 1 star is lost on the overall review however due to the original missing item. Which I did eventually receive.

Cheap Bamboo from China The bamboo sticks were about what I expected coming from China. Dusty, dirty bamboo pieces, several were broken but overall they'll do for outdoor garden use. Not appropriate for indoor decoration, since visually they look rather dingy and cheap.

Shipping is a joke I ordered the product the 27th of February, it was supposed to be here the 13 of March. Today is the 18th of March, I'm still waiting!
