GBA cost review is useless A cost review is advertised for American Standard AC units. Having put in the desired unit size,etc the program provided an estimate from lowest to highest cost Useless!

GBGreat experience Great experience! I was remodeling two bathrooms,and came across monderize website, answered several questions about flooring for the bathrooms. Got responses from a couple of very reputable companies. The one I chose (empire) was a long standing company from the northeast coast. They did an outstanding job in every aspect of the process. I should have had them take charge of the whole process of remodeling both bathrooms.

GBGreat experience Their calculator was very helpful in understanding the cost of my home renovation. The manner in which the vendors reached out was also helpful for a person who doesn't want to be called every hour, on the hour. Will definitely use this site again for my next project.

GBI really appreciate the modernize.com… I really appreciate the modernize.com cost calculators for installing new gutters on my house. It would be really helpful if there was a way to narrow the estimated cost range.

GBYou didn't have the size of walk on… You didn't have the size of walk on shower I require. Your cost "estimate" is a joke. From $1902 to $5040 is to huge a difference and is only a guesstimate. No help at all.
