GBinclude the cost of decking my Internet search was to calculate the cost of a complete roof replacement including the decking. There was no filter for that and no way to that cost. I would have rated it higher had there been more options.

GBFlooded with unwanted calls I filled out a form with Modernize to find a contractor with specific skills. I didn't give permission to be contacted by any company other than who I specified, but within an hour, I received calls from over 10 companies. Based on this experience, be careful in working with Modernize. Whether you ask for them or not, you may get a flurry of calls from companies who aren't able to meet your needs.

GBGreat experience Their calculator was very helpful in understanding the cost of my home renovation. The manner in which the vendors reached out was also helpful for a person who doesn't want to be called every hour, on the hour. Will definitely use this site again for my next project.
