scam call with caller id text of this company I received multiple calls from +1 928 216 5239. The text of the caller ID: "Modernize Home Services". Internet search verified it is a mobile phone, but I was unable to link it to a name. There was no voicemail and I do not answer calls not in my contact list. I presume this number is a scam and not related to the company listed.

Modernize Home Services is a joke! Modernize is a joke. I wanted to replace my existing shower head with a rainforest shower system. I went through the website and entered my information, told them exactly what I wanted, and even uploaded a picture of the unit I was trying to have installed. I received a call not 2 minutes later from their office wanted to schedule me for a bathroom renovation estimate. Needless to say, I was annoyed given I had provided all of the information necessary for them to put me in contact with a service provider capable of doing the job I requested. After re-explaning my issue, she advised me to stay by my phone and a contractor would call shortly to provide an estimate. That was 8:06 this morning. I ended up calling back at 6:12 p.m. because I had not heard from anyone as promised earlier in the day. Once again the individual on the phone stated they would have someone contact me about receiving a quote to remodel my bathroom. Not only do they not pay attention to your issue, I believe the service to be a bait and switch operation because no one ever called me about my plumbing install issue. Their website is misleading and will waste your time if you want a general plumbing job completed.

Great experience Great experience! I was remodeling two bathrooms,and came across monderize website, answered several questions about flooring for the bathrooms. Got responses from a couple of very reputable companies. The one I chose (empire) was a long standing company from the northeast coast. They did an outstanding job in every aspect of the process. I should have had them take charge of the whole process of remodeling both bathrooms.

include the cost of decking my Internet search was to calculate the cost of a complete roof replacement including the decking. There was no filter for that and no way to that cost. I would have rated it higher had there been more options.
