I didn't give permission to be contacted by any company other than who I specified, but within an hour, I received calls from over 10 companies. Based on this experience, be careful in working with Modernize. Whether you ask for them or not, you may get a flurry of calls from companies who aren't able to meet your needs.

From print and digital media, I know there are offers out there <$100, excluding parts, if there is anything not functioning near optimally in a self-contained HVAC system. But this touted price estimator does not offer that option.
