Window replacement We used Modernize to help us find a window replacement contractor for our rental house in North Carolina. The process worked so well that we used the website again to locate a window contractor for our home in Washington State. If you want a fast, efficient and easy way to help you with your home improvement needs, Modernize is the way to go!

Long Time Clent We started with Modernize a few years ago to grow our home remodeling business. Our account manager, Martha, was a great help in trying to keep our leads on track and our particular focus going in the right direction. They kept us steady and with enough appointment setting leads during COVID, to keep us busy. We appreciate them being there with us during a very challenging time for all small business owners

Great experience Great experience! I was remodeling two bathrooms, and came across monderize website, answered several questions about flooring for the bathrooms. Got responses from a couple of very reputable companies. The one I chose (empire) was a long standing company from the northeast coast. They did an outstanding job in every aspect of the process. I should have had them take charge of the whole process of remodeling both bathrooms.

Got the information I needed This provided me with exactly what I needed. An approximate cost estimate for a metal roof. No visits for estimates. Why waste their time, and mine when I need a starting point to project savings or refi or forget it. So now I have what I need to start moving ahead.
