The item I ordered was great I just had… The item I ordered was great I just had a hard time tracking it. The tracking number they gave me kept saying the wrong number and wouldn't show where it was at.

Great merchandise All my merchandise has arrived in a timely fashion and has for the most part has been as described.

Never received item Never received item, contacted support about refund/cancellation. They told me it had supposedly arrived and couldn’t do anything they would look into it. When i contacted them for an update i never got a response.

Sent wrong size, but was refunded my money! I ordered 2-20” necklace chains and I was sent 4-16” chains instead. Offered to return them in exchange for the correct ones, but the seller was not able to fulfill that order. I was refunded the money I paid for the 2-20” necklaces.
