Never received item Never received item, contacted support about refund/cancellation. They told me it had supposedly arrived and couldn’t do anything they would look into it. When i contacted them for an update i never got a response.

The AirPods have defects The AirPods have defects. The left AirPod sound comes out very low no matter if the volume is all the way up so I can’t even use it to listen to anything.
