GBWrong item received. I bought two of the same skirts, one skirt came as described/pictured but the second skirt was a completely different skirt all together. I've followed their customer support links for submitting a return, but still have not heard back from anyone besides their automated reply email.

GBNever received item Never received item, contacted support about refund/cancellation. They told me it had supposedly arrived and couldn’t do anything they would look into it. When i contacted them for an update i never got a response.
