This is my second time using k9 stud in… This is my second time using k9 stud in the past I had no issues but this time I cannot upload any pictures I have reached out several times to customer service no one gets back to me. How is it fair that I’ve already paid for a subscription and cannot even use it correctly. Im not happy at all.

Charged for nothing I was unable to send a message without paying eight dollars to gain access to contact information for studs. I emailed three people and no one got back to me.

The website needs work The website needs work. Needs to become a lot more user friendly. Does not have a good flow. You can’t do anything without a membership even for the smallest thing. Will drive people away. Uploading pictures isn’t easy just don’t like the website at all.

Expected more For the same price if not less other similar sites like Puppies.com is more descriptive and allowing more the three uploads of pictures or video. Also I checked the websites Facebook page and the activity level is not what I expected. I fear this site will not allot enough exposure for my puppies to possibly find their forever home. I fear the 19.99 may be a waste. I've already wasted money on Puppyfinder and Petzlover. On the other hand the sites simplicity is quite convenient. Some sites have numerous steps to complete an ad while requesting one puppy per ad. I've used your site over the years not consistently and not much has changed.
