Problems that need remedied This company has a great concept and idea for us as the breeder community. They have a great following and customers on both sides of the isle. Customer service getting to the bottom of tech and account issues is almost impossible. A lot of the platform seems to be outdated and weighed and slowed down by 3rd party ads, making it difficult to run my acct for my business. These things outdated keep you from performing simple tasks and updates on the site inside your own acct that you pay for monthly.

Expected more For the same price if not less other similar sites like Puppies.com is more descriptive and allowing more the three uploads of pictures or video. Also I checked the websites Facebook page and the activity level is not what I expected. I fear this site will not allot enough exposure for my puppies to possibly find their forever home. I fear the 19.99 may be a waste. I've already wasted money on Puppyfinder and Petzlover. On the other hand the sites simplicity is quite convenient. Some sites have numerous steps to complete an ad while requesting one puppy per ad. I've used your site over the years not consistently and not much has changed.

Supposedly it says a thousand people will see it but as of yet over 48 hours no one has seen it! Sad and pathetic traction and a logarithm. Maybe fix it? Help? Just trying to get my dog hooked up with a stud that's all. Anyone out there that can do something for me? Please and thank you. Unless this is just an app that's into collecting money and doesn't care about outcome.

How is it fair that I’ve already paid for a subscription and cannot even use it correctly. Im not happy at all.
