The traveler placed the offer to deliver in 3 weeks time, after I paid the traveler cancelled the delivery and now they put a traveler (without my consent) that will take 4 months to deliver. I paid over $200 USD in rewards. Even though Customer Service took a few days to solve the problem, after 2 weeks approximately the issue was solved and they refunded the full amount to the original payment method. I changed my review because the problem was solved.
