There's not too much to say, because it's not a very complex concept: if you're travelling from A to B, Grabr shows you people who want something from A brought to B close to the time you're travelling. You buy it for them, they pay a small fee to you and a comission to Grabr, you deliver the item, and that's it. It's just that Grabr manages to keep it safe, simple and fast. I'm always on the buyer's end, and never had a problem.
