Lack of choice makes the platform to feel unsafe Finding a good offer is stressful, there're some travelers spamming the platform. And while they have good reputation, they also always overcharge, and there's no option to block them. Also after I selected a traveler, he canceled the operation and another one was assigned, instead of letting me choose (or at least confirm the new one). This made feel less safe. The platform is ok, but as the end user I don't feel like I have much choice on it. If I can't offer a reward to travelers, Grabr should at least establish limits to rewards. Like, paying 850 USD for a 450 USD item makes no sense.

A miracle of love in a week of despair 🥰 A friend recommended me Grabr, I did not know. My girlfriend is celebrating her birthday and she wanted a product that they sell exclusively in Argentina. I paid $753,24 USD for a Ps5 which only… I paid $753,24 USD for a Ps5 which only costs $535 USD. The traveler placed the offer to deliver in 3 weeks time, after I paid the traveler cancelled the delivery and now they put a traveler (without my consent) that will take 4 months to deliver. I paid over $200 USD in rewards. Even though Customer Service took a few days to solve the problem, after 2 weeks approximately the issue was solved and they refunded the full amount to the original payment method. I changed my review because the problem was solved.
