GBHelp me STOP Heartland America from stealing from our older family members Ok I guess I will start with letting you know my Dad will be 88 yrs old in April. So my Dad ordered this Super Box from Heartland America. In the magazine it advertises with this Super Box you get Free access to: HBO*Showtime*Cinemax*PPV Events*More. Well it's free ACCESS that does not mean it's all that for a one time fee. But that's how they make it sound it the magazine. So anyways all this super box does is make your tv a smart tv...so if you already have a smart tv it's pretty much worthless. It advertised this Super Box for $299.99 and they charged my Dad over $400. And when I asked for a return label and asked them to refund my Dad's account...they said they will refund 247.99 and no more. And it's been over a week that we sent the Super Box back and they are saying they have not received it. Please try to keep this HEARTLAND AMERICA Magazine away from elderly people because they prey on them . Something is going to have to be done about this it seems to be an ongoing thing for this company. I read other reviews and 4 out of 5 was about taking advantage of our older generation. This is just SAD.

GBGot what I have been looking for at a price I could afford My time shopping on the site was great...I would've given 5 stars....but I was unable to add the extended warranty to my purchase.....also...I wanted to purchase an extra battery.....they were sold out.....there is also not a section where you could purchase an extra chain etc....but overall it was a very good experience....have shopped at heartland in the past and will undoubtedly shop here again...you have reasonable prices.

GBIt was very easy to go thru the… It was very easy to go thru the directory & sub directories to view your entire inventory, a little time consuming, it just shows you how much stock you carry! The staff is top notch, very helpful and professional. Thank you very much! Sincerely John Ashbaugh.

GBReturned Merchandise Late I had ordered and received several rechargeable hair clippers which were not holding a charge. I did not realize that 3 of the 4 items were not working until approx. 6 weeks after I received them and called customer service to see if they would take them back. I was offered a return shipping label and a store credit for the return items which I accepted. I've been a customer of Heartland for a few years and never had to return an item before but I'm glad they would stand behind the integrity of their merchandise.

GBWell informed Customer Service agent! I received a daily Black Friday special product notice, and doubted the veracity of the stated capabilities of the product that the manufacturer gave to Heartland. I called Customer Service to warn them of this possible problem, and found them to be expert on the subject and was assured that the product was accurately described. My knowledge of the technical progress was admittedly obsolete, and they told me with confidence that the product was REAL. I rang off and immediately ordered it by internet, with the product shipped within hours! How nice it is to have INFORMED Customer Service!
