I received a daily Black Friday special product notice, and doubted the veracity of the stated capabilities of the product that the manufacturer gave to Heartland. I called Customer Service to warn them of this possible problem, and found them to be expert on the subject and was assured that the product was accurately described. My knowledge of the technical progress was admittedly obsolete, and they told me with confidence that the product was REAL. I rang off and immediately ordered it by internet, with the product shipped within hours! How nice it is to have INFORMED Customer Service!

Almost a 5 We have been customers for several years. We have found Heartland to provide what is advertised and usually quite promptly. A couple of times we have had to return items/make good on orders; this was eventually done but the process was slow and dragged out over several weeks. that is our only complaint, otherwise 5 stars.
