I find glassesshop to the best and most reasonable of all the sites I've visited I was a late comer to the various (supposed) discount eyeglass centers online. I've tried several, but the one I keep coming back to is the glassesshop website. They have a wonderful (huge) selection of styles, some very good promotional prices, and when you finally receive your glasses, you discover that they are of high quality and workmanship. So yes, I just coming back.

High level of attention to details in the prescription Not only are the glasses affordable, but the orders are carefully reviewed. After my order was received, I was contacted by GlassesShop to confirm something out of the ordinary regarding my prescription. I appreciated this level of customer care. This is my second pair of glasses from GlassesShop.

Rectified When I first ordered from here, I was not very happy with the return policy. It was rectified, and I was very pleased with the outcome. The only thing I can caution people is to read the return policy carefully, but in the end, they are very nice glasses good quality, I would recommend this company just be mindful to read the return policies. I got a pair for my granddaughter and they are very cute, she was so excited to have glasses that change in the sun!

Customer service needs real people in real time. Having a very difficult time being in touch with customer service for an exchange. Called 5 times, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then leave a message (they say they'll call you back) and have yet to receive a callback. Live chats aren't live. Emails responses are auto-generated. Glasses are great, however not being able to speak with a live person is SO frustrating!

Great Service! Great first experience with two orders. The first one was only for distance and should of been progressive bifocals. I reached out to ask and they helped me with this issue and re shipped the right ones. Didn't need to return the glasses that where a mistake. Thanks Everyone!
