Having fun and getting paid for it I've been using the Fetch app for about 2 years since my sister got me to sign up. It's been not only rewarding, like getting free gift cards, but it's also been fun. It's like a game remembering to get the receipts and keep them until I get them scanned. I'm looking forward to continuing to use Fetch what do you mean for many years to come.

Sadly disappointing I would have given them five stars easily before they added those games. Also, I find it very irritating that they respond with the same thing over and over. Very depersonalized and all around disappointing. They say we are important to them yet they aren’t listening. People are not liking their new games yet they stubbornly continue. Very sad. So disappointing.

Easy to use. Great customer service. App is easy to use. We have several family members that use it! Recently, one member needed an extension on the 90 day point expiration due to his armed forces training and customer service worked with him to quickly grant the extension.

Having had this experience with Fetch… Having had this experience with Fetch is so rewarding. The whole experience for me is being able to get points and letting them add up gives me time to decide what I'm going to do with the points after redeeming them. It may be a time when I can redeem it for a gift card to my favorite restaurant,or entertainment purposes (Google Play) or gift cards for my grandkids. However, you guys can improve the time feature by allowing us to get the rewards as soon as it is purchased instead of having to wait 72hrs.. Other than that I have no complaints.

I do recommend just trying one flavor… I do recommend just trying one flavor at a time. whether you pick chicken pork or beef. My dog loved all of them but had a bit of a tummy upset from trying them all at once but he absolutely loves it. they are great at letting you know order is ready and when its being shipped and when its being delivered. very very satisfied.
