Terrible customer service and openly and blatantly breach EU regulations. Update: I contacted their customer support as their response suggested, but they didn’t help. It was only after officially complaining about Kuantokusta to the competent Portuguese authorities that almost 50 days after order did I eventually receive a refund. Avoid Kuantokusta at all costs!

Order Television I order TV on 28 of Oct but they didn't deliver product untill 3 November as it was deliver expected on 31. At last they cancel order with out giving any reson to me. Worst service. Now i am strugglling to get money back.
