PTPositive is that you always have all… Positive is that you always have all prices from stores in one place. Negative from my experience that order did not come on the day agreed, and I cancel the orders then. Postive is that they make a return in less than a 3 hours, which is perfect. Negative is that you can be transfered even to Abroad stores, so if you want to reimburse expense in Portugal company, you can not.

CHProvide products that do not work & refuse refund Provide products that do not work and when a refund is requested as per EU consumer rights law, they refuse and instead insist on sending the product for repair, quoting a repair time that exceeds 30 days, which is also non-compliant with EU law. Terrible customer service and openly and blatantly breach EU regulations. Update: I contacted their customer support as their response suggested, but they didn’t help. It was only after officially complaining about Kuantokusta to the competent Portuguese authorities that almost 50 days after order did I eventually receive a refund. Avoid Kuantokusta at all costs!

PTYes I already send you photos+complain many times, nothing resolved, your form difficult to fill in, you got my details, can't you help by forwarding photos of damaged product+complaint I write to Kuantokusta and they never answer. To send back a damaged product received I have to fill a form with too many questions. The email address I send my conplaint doesnt accept any mail. What to do? My 145 days are up. Terrible Sorry I mean 14 days and not 145 days

ESThis is a black hole sort of company This is a black hole sort of company. They delivered the product , that is fine but after that there is NO WAY to communicate with them and the ecommerce web site says I never completed a purchase !!!
