CHProvide products that do not work & refuse refund Provide products that do not work and when a refund is requested as per EU consumer rights law, they refuse and instead insist on sending the product for repair, quoting a repair time that exceeds 30 days, which is also non-compliant with EU law. Terrible customer service and openly and blatantly breach EU regulations. Update: I contacted their customer support as their response suggested, but they didn’t help. It was only after officially complaining about Kuantokusta to the competent Portuguese authorities that almost 50 days after order did I eventually receive a refund. Avoid Kuantokusta at all costs!

ESThis is a black hole sort of company This is a black hole sort of company. They delivered the product , that is fine but after that there is NO WAY to communicate with them and the ecommerce web site says I never completed a purchase !!!

ESNever ever... Making advertising for cheap products, after Order, payment, confirmation as usual. But after one week without any reason the cancelation and very late refund of money.. Bad service, no information.. Sorry - no more...
