It was only after officially complaining about Kuantokusta to the competent Portuguese authorities that almost 50 days after order did I eventually receive a refund. Avoid Kuantokusta at all costs!

Negative from my experience that order did not come on the day agreed, and I cancel the orders then. Postive is that they make a return in less than a 3 hours, which is perfect. Negative is that you can be transfered even to Abroad stores, so if you want to reimburse expense in Portugal company, you can not.
