It is harder and harder to find a great company with exceptional communication skills and a great product , but Micheal has blown me away with the quality of his pins and his customer service. He has stuck with turnaround timelines, as well as been very good at keeping me in the loop. He also has exceptional pricing. We've worked on several projects with him and his company, and we are prepared to work even more projects. Thanks for everything Micheal, and here is to an amazing end of 2019 and a positive outlook for 2020!

Confusing communication, Excellent plushies! TLDR; confusing communication, excellent plushie Communication was a bit confusing during the project. There were many people I spoke with instead of a single point of contact. Additionally, the expectations one person would set didn't necessarily mean that's what happened. For example, I was supposed to receive fabric swatches before a decision about the colors however, I was asked to review photos of color swatches via email. Another example includes shipping the plushies to my house and not the office, even though we spent time discussing shipping and noting my office address. That said, the final product is great! The quality is excellent, and my team couldn't be happier with the end result. I will consider working with EverLighten again.

They did a great job They did a great job. It was easy, quick and reasonably priced. The tools they have made designing your patch easy. The staff members you work with are very knowledgeable and quick to understand what you are wanting. Once a final product is decided upon, it seems like no time at all, you are being notified that your patches are in the mail to your destination. We've had previous experience working with these people and our experience is, they do a great job and are highly recommended.

Would definitely cooperate with Everlighten again Custom t-shirt at everlighten goes well above and beyond to make sure his customers receive the best board quality products. I had some custom art that I really wanted on a board and Everlighten delivered with some serious results. I have never been more happy to see art work come to life on a t-shirt. 100% would order again!

Good Customer Service but Poor Design Service Customer service was very responsive and the medals arrived on time. I was not happy with their translation of our design. We had many emails back and forth and finally had to get a supervisor involved. It was frustrating. Again, they were responsive but I felt like I was not dealing with a professional graphic designer as each version had issues. The finished product was okay, but the color of the printed words barely shows up on the medal.
