My first time with Everlighten and did… My first time with Everlighten and did some custom socks for one of my customers. All went smoothly with good communications about the project. Did have a delay in production due to COVid in China where they were manufactured. When we received the product it was good quality and as expected with no issue. Will try some other custom products.

Amazing work Amazing work. They reproduced an intricate RAF wings patch from a photo. Everything was matched to perfection. Communication was excellent. The process was really easy and at each stage I was helped by the same person who was fantastic. I am ecstatic about the patch. Thank you so much!

Smooth Service Their communication was thorough and clear, as well as friendly. Quicker turnaround than I expected, and the patches I received were exactly what I wanted. At first I thought the price was a bit high, but once I had them in hand, the quality made me realize that they were worth every penny. If you want high quality custom patches, EverLighten is just the company you need.

All of the dates along the way were not… All of the dates along the way were not met (each step took longer than promised) - presumably due to Covid-19 issues since the order was made at the beginning of the national orders to shelter-in-place. However, the designer was easy to work with and turned my sketches into a beautiful coin. The finished coins are fantastic! I am proud to share these coins with my group.

Good Customer Service but Poor Design Service Customer service was very responsive and the medals arrived on time. I was not happy with their translation of our design. We had many emails back and forth and finally had to get a supervisor involved. It was frustrating. Again, they were responsive but I felt like I was not dealing with a professional graphic designer as each version had issues. The finished product was okay, but the color of the printed words barely shows up on the medal.
