This was my 2nd experience using… This was my 2nd experience using prizeout and like the first time I'm 100% looking forward to the next time wasn't more than a couple hours cards hit my email such a convenience also for gifts for those not so close loved ones..

Good for gift cards, not loyalty program Prizeout has been a reliable way of getting gift card prizes from the various gaming sites I use. So, you can trust them in that regard. However, if you have a problem, their customer service is terrible. I wanted to connect my Prizeout account to every site I've won gift cards from, so I could get the promised loyalty bonuses. However, there is no option to log into an existing Prizeout account from any partner site except the first one I received a prize from. There is only an option to create a new account. If you try to bypass that by putting your existing account into the new account creation screen, it will just give you an error. I tried to contact them for help, and I couldn't tell if I was speaking to a bot or a person who didn't know how to read. We went back and forth several times with them giving irrelevant responses to my questions before I figured out that their system simply isn't capable of allowing you to log in and get loyalty points from more than one of their partner websites. I'm frankly shocked at how poor their web design and customer service is.

Prizeout is amazing especially since… Prizeout is amazing especially since you don't have to wait outrageous amounts of time to get your gift cards. I don't like that they only give certain gift cards to choose from we should be able to browse through all of them and choose which one we want.

Helpful I enjoy Prizeout because it has variety and it's used on multiple sites/apps.
