Don’t have high expectations. Ordered TwoTrees SP-5 3d printer with claims to have stock in EU warehouse and 3-5 estimated delivery. But by the look of it - the seller is drop-shipping from mainland China and uses excuses to make customer wait till the product is delivered to EU. Right now, 2 weeks after payment, I have requested a refund, but I was declined because the item will be shipped any day now…

Prices and after sale services are… Prices and after sale services are better than official 3d printer shops. We are happy with our order creatbot f430 which ships on same day and delivered within 2 days. We thought an usual ship from China thing but they shipped this item locally from CA warehouse. Phew! Atlast free from import taxes. We will use this vendor for our regular 3d printer purchases. Many thanks to Zander.

Creality Ender 5 3d printer 4 stars for quick efficient delivery of Printer. 1 star deducted for failing to manage short ship item, It was left to me to chase! One add-on (glass bed) short shipped by Creality. 3dpriners online organised replacement to be shipped from Creality China. However parcel went missing, no tracking available, It was delivered in UK on 26th June, Shipped from China on 16th May.
