I have a pleasant experience with this… I have a pleasant experience with this company. Initially I was skeptical after few negative reviews but proceeded anyway with some hope. To my surprise my fysetc prusa kit order got shipped on the same day via ups and received in 2 days. All items are brand new original. 100% genuine shop!

Initially skeptical about products originality but they have tied up with direct supplier, so received 100% original item. It could have been better if they include printed parts as well. This should be Zero stars This should be Zero stars. They lied and said any upgrades would come pre-installed. They refused to give any reimbursement when printer arrived with no upgrades with it. If you like to Gamble buy from here if you want good customer service get it from Amazon or Ebay who stand behind their service.

Prices and after sale services are… Prices and after sale services are better than official 3d printer shops. We are happy with our order creatbot f430 which ships on same day and delivered within 2 days. We thought an usual ship from China thing but they shipped this item locally from CA warehouse. Phew! Atlast free from import taxes. We will use this vendor for our regular 3d printer purchases. Many thanks to Zander.
