This should be Zero stars This should be Zero stars. They lied and said any upgrades would come pre-installed. They refused to give any reimbursement when printer arrived with no upgrades with it. If you like to Gamble buy from here if you want good customer service get it from Amazon or Ebay who stand behind their service.

False promises - do not waste time with them! Ordered printer kit and was promised by zanderluke that it would ship in 3-5 days. No response after a week and after repeated requests for info ida said they are waiting for parts, if I could accept low quality parts instead. They have apparently declined to cancel and refund so I need to file a chargeback.
