Initially skeptical about products originality but they have tied up with direct supplier, so received 100% original item. It could have been better if they include printed parts as well. Don’t have high expectations. Ordered TwoTrees SP-5 3d printer with claims to have stock in EU warehouse and 3-5 estimated delivery. But by the look of it - the seller is drop-shipping from mainland China and uses excuses to make customer wait till the product is delivered to EU. Right now, 2 weeks after payment, I have requested a refund, but I was declined because the item will be shipped any day now…

Best 3D Printer Supplier I have purchased 3 printers from Zander so far & everyone of them came on time or faster than expected. Great company to purchase from. When I had questions I emailed them & they responded within a couple of hours. They are very eager to help their customers. I will be purchasing my future printers from them & I would highly recommend their store & services to anyone interested in purchasing a 3D printer.

False promises - do not waste time with them! Ordered printer kit and was promised by zanderluke that it would ship in 3-5 days. No response after a week and after repeated requests for info ida said they are waiting for parts, if I could accept low quality parts instead. They have apparently declined to cancel and refund so I need to file a chargeback.

This should be Zero stars This should be Zero stars. They lied and said any upgrades would come pre-installed. They refused to give any reimbursement when printer arrived with no upgrades with it. If you like to Gamble buy from here if you want good customer service get it from Amazon or Ebay who stand behind their service.
