MERRY CHRISTMAS Shopped, ordered, matched with company, multiple e-mails, seemed everything OK..well, now company matched with, Appliance Connection, has cancelled my order & told Discount Bandit same message I Cancelled, WRONG!, Now, Discount Bandit knowing this & within 5 Hrs of me writing this review, has charged my credit card. Have to go check that, what a nightmare!!They emailed me like everythings just fine! Plus, I'm emailed an offer, same recliner from Appliance Connection.. only for $100+ more. What's wrong with this & Christmas is almost here. Burned!! 12/14/2020

Delivery took 2 months. 9.5/10 This website saved me about ***$4000*** on a top-tier brand-name coin-op commercial washing machine vs. local and some prominent national online retail store prices! That said... it took a couple months for the order to be fulfilled and delivery confirmed... and another few weeks after that for a professional, no-hassle lift-gate home delivery to a rural area. I called a few times to check on the status of the order over two months and considered cancelling more than once and just paying more for quicker delivery... but am glad I didn't. It was worth the wait! Will definitely check Discount Bandit for deals on major (but non-urgent) appliance needs in the future. 9.5/10 satisfied with the deal!
