Pleased Customer Ordered from this company with some reservation but was delighted. Service was prompt with confirmation emails sent. Product arrived quickly well packaged. I ordered a solid wood kitchen island that is ADORABLE and BEAUTIFUL. I am a 65 y.o. female and followed directions easily to put it together. Solid and nicely made. Bargain price. I LOVE it!

Bandit did what I couldn’t! I searched for months to match a nightstand to a suit we purchased online, but only came with one. Every online furniture retailer that still carried our suit wanted twice as much to ship one nightstand. Bandit found one for a fair price within one week and took another to arrive! Perfect match and Bandit accomplished what I couldn’t!

BURNED!! MERRY CHRISTMAS Shopped, ordered, matched with company, multiple e-mails, seemed everything OK..well, now company matched with, Appliance Connection, has cancelled my order & told Discount Bandit same message I Cancelled, WRONG!, Now, Discount Bandit knowing this & within 5 Hrs of me writing this review, has charged my credit card. Have to go check that, what a nightmare!!They emailed me like everythings just fine! Plus, I'm emailed an offer, same recliner from Appliance Connection.. only for $100+ more. What's wrong with this & Christmas is almost here. Burned!! 12/14/2020

Confusing and unorganized Honestly, I have been so confused with all of these offers. They accepted a counter-offer and the email that Discount Bandit said that the items were being fulfilled by two different vendors. Well, I called the other vendor and they did not carry any of the items--not out of stock but just do not carry them unless purchased as a whole set. Buyer beware. Take the time and shop yourself.

Fantastic We were skeptical about ordering through a third party online, but we were pleasantly surprised. We found the item we were looking for and for a much lower price than we could find it anywhere else. We received our confirmations the same day and our purchase arrived very quickly, especially considering it was a pretty big package. We would definitely use this website again in the future.
