MxLocker’s terrible customer service MxLocker’s customer service is terrible. It’s like the representative is just reading from a script and copy pasting terms/policies. I placed an order and website said the seller had 3 days to ship. Several days went by without shipment update and seller wouldn’t respond. Mxlocker was a royal pain to deal with and had zero CS skills what so ever. Like talking to AI/robot. Which is infuriating on top of an already irritating situation. A simple “hey we’re sorry for your inconvenience” goes a LONG way in terms of diffusing a situation. Instead it was like I was talking to a tree.

GREAT platform GREAT platform. Always used eBay & Facebook marketplace for gear / anytime I wanted to buy or sell a bike, but always had issues. No issues here. Been riding for 15+ years, and can say I will for sure be sticking to MxLocker from here on out.
