What a scam What a scam. No longer have a computer but they keep emailing me my system is vulnerable & need to call them … oh yeah I see another $299.00 USA charge if I did. I called before to advise them to leave me alone but obviously their internal data system is a joke overall as they keep harassing me. Shame on on these so called IT professionals!!! Stay away & shame on Cannon for putting me thru to them when my new printer would not connect to my printer properly. I spent over $1500 US and received nothing for my money spent!!!

I must say ,I was very skeptical every… I must say ,I was very skeptical every time I deal with these phone calls ...heavy accent usually mean calling from scammers from a different company. However they are very well skilled and verified in knowledge of their product and computor behavior. I have been with them for a few years and have been very satisfied. Roger M. was excellent! I got real nervous when they take control of your computor but, relax, this is a legit company and located in the US...

Had problem with printer install and… Had problem with printer install and many other issues showed up. Everyone was very helpful, patient and very nice to work with. It took a little time but everything was in order. Plus all was explained very well. I would recommend to others.

The technician Roger was very polite… The technician Roger was very polite and helpful with my computer. i recomment him highy. I could not be happier with my results, Quick service & very trustworthy. Worked with Roger, He was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed very quickly. I would trust them with any future repairs.
