GBGreat customer service! Great customer service! I had an issue with using the right code and getting a better discount. I asked to cancel my order so I could use the code for savings and they immediately responded and used the code for me and gave me back the money I was due. I can only hope the quality of the product is as good as the people.

GBI've ordered often from Daily Deals I've ordered often from Daily Deals, rarely have issues. I received something broken (glass container), emailed customer service and they were amazing. They are replacing with no issue. As far as delivery time, it's always worth the wait people, hence the amazing deals!

GBGreat Customer Support Some how my amount ordered didn't connect and I asked the company to fix the order number. They immediately replied they could not make an adjustment to add to an order. They suggested I cancel the order and reorder. I went to the website and was able to cancel easily. I reordered the amount I wanted. I am always happy with my contact with customer support.

GBLong time customer with recent good experience I've been ordering from them since 2013. It can take a while to get what you order, but that's to be expected since it says so in all their information. Most things aren't even prepped till the end of the week is over since they group it together. I've been able to try various productions I would have never gone for due to normal price, pick up some really good deals on things I needed, and find some great deals on stuff that just made things easier. This review is about something specific though. I purchased two 20,000 mAh Portable Power banks back in November 2023. I had tried charging and using them for a while but could not get them to charge up enough or give enough charge to indicate that they were working to full 20,000 mAh capacity. I know I was outside the 7 day return period, but I contacted them at the beginning of March 2024 to let them know of the problem since I wasn't sure if I just got unlucky or they had gotten a bad batch. To my surprise, they went ahead and made an exception and refunded me anyway. I was just trying to warn them but they refunded me outside their window anyway. I thought it was a very nice act and will certainly keep buying from them.
