I absolutely love the daily deals I absolutely love the daily deals. The prices are great and shipping is always fast. I have ordered items for myself and to give as gifts and am completely satisfied. I have had no issues and no reason to contact customer support so I cannot speak to that.

Keep Your Information Updated! I had a problem I was not aware of, so when I contacted That Daily Deal with my question, I received a very prompt reply and a solution to my problem! Cassi was helpful and professional and it made me feel good that I am a regular customer. All companies should provide such excellent service!

Refund for defective item. I recently made a purchase of some pruning shears from That Daily Deal. The shears I received were manufactured defective. I had no intention of returning them for a refund because I actually got a good deal on the purchase price(No Speculation!). That said, I went ahead and bought a second pair, still waiting to receive them(today!). My hope is these are not defective? Well, I got hold of customer support to cancel my second order. They were shipped, so no cancellation is possible. It was then, I explained my first problem with Cassi(CSR), she asked for some photos on my problem, and quickly granted me a refund! I think they have a great customer support crew! I will definitely buy from them again. 😀👍🏼

Very disappointing experience After waiting a few weeks for my order to ship, I finally received a notification it had been delivered. However, it was nowhere to be found so clearly it was not delivered to me. I contacted customer service, who did respond fairly quickly. However, they put the burden on me to try to locate the package. The post office was unhelpful not surprisingly, so now I am left without my order and without my money. I would not recommend using this site. Very poor customer service, as they do not appear to care about the customer experience nor maintaining customers. Lesson learned to stick with the bigger, known, websites.

This company has high quality products… This company has high quality products and very good prices. The customer service is top notch as well, very helpful, friendly and informed,they respond to your questions quickly and have a solution or answer right away. Very easy to work with. Very happy with all of my dealings over the past years.
