GB2 Bear Grylls knives by Gerber I have purchased, received but never opened my items. About 3 months later, I opened my new knife and was unpleasantly surprised - it was defective. Then second knife in that order was also not really up to then spec. This Seller was great willing to help me to resolve the situation and provided me with the store credit for the amount I have paid.
