Very disappointing experience After waiting a few weeks for my order to ship, I finally received a notification it had been delivered. However, it was nowhere to be found so clearly it was not delivered to me. I contacted customer service, who did respond fairly quickly. However, they put the burden on me to try to locate the package. The post office was unhelpful not surprisingly, so now I am left without my order and without my money. I would not recommend using this site. Very poor customer service, as they do not appear to care about the customer experience nor maintaining customers. Lesson learned to stick with the bigger, known, websites.

Getting a quick text in the morning is fun. I've been ordering for several years all the products are great. Only 1 small item performed subpar, I got an immediate refund, and they didn't ask for it back. I love Goose and Marely, they are adorable and make Saturdays fun.
