GBCustomer Service Took Care of Me Customer Service was beyond expectations. I had a problem with a missing charge cable. Couldfigure out what size the barrel connector was. Nothing I had fit. Contacted That daily Deal. Cassi replied right away. contacted the supplier and had a replacement on the way. 4 days later I was charging up. Thank you That Daily Deal and Especially Cassi.

GBI've ordered often from Daily Deals I've ordered often from Daily Deals, rarely have issues. I received something broken (glass container), emailed customer service and they were amazing. They are replacing with no issue. As far as delivery time, it's always worth the wait people, hence the amazing deals!

GBThat Delayed Deal Still waiting on delivery of my first purchase from "That Delayed Deal" as they have been dubbed.It has been 12 days and appears via tracking it will be 2-3 more for a total of 2 weeks total.The parcel is now as close as it was when first shipped since it took the long way,an extra 2000 miles.I suggest they streamline their shipping to save money for their business and time for the consumer.Will update if and when the item arrives in one piece!

GBRefund for defective item. I recently made a purchase of some pruning shears from That Daily Deal. The shears I received were manufactured defective. I had no intention of returning them for a refund because I actually got a good deal on the purchase price(No Speculation!). That said, I went ahead and bought a second pair, still waiting to receive them(today!). My hope is these are not defective? Well, I got hold of customer support to cancel my second order. They were shipped, so no cancellation is possible. It was then, I explained my first problem with Cassi(CSR), she asked for some photos on my problem, and quickly granted me a refund! I think they have a great customer support crew! I will definitely buy from them again. 😀👍🏼
