GBThis waterfall is a complete waste of… This waterfall is a complete waste of time. Even the slightest draught of air causes the waterfall effect to stop flowing and falling to the lower areas of the burner. I have tried several times to have this work in various positions in the house and the results are the same. Also the burner cones leave a very bad sticky residue on the burner. This item does not flow gently like advert shows rather just gives of a nice smell. Waste of time and money.

I phoned their customer service hotline, and the agent patiently guided me through the issue until it was rectified. I would want to thank their customer support for resolving the problem. I was amazed when I opened the package. Although it's not what I expected, this item makes my room smell wonderful and helps me unwind. I'll order a diffuser with a different design.
