I made a typo I made a typo, so my order got shipped to the wrong address. When i called they didnt ignore me at all. They jumped to the chance to send out a new waterfall in 15 days time. Giving me options to relocate th address and answering all my questions wich a fast and very polite email reassuring me that my money was well spent. 😀 Even know ive waiting three months for this, im so excited to experience the smells and calming arroma. 😌 Next stop... Love it! I got the package with the free perfumed cones and ceramic burner. I mistakenly believed it to be the usual incense burner available in the market, but the aroma is amazingly pleasant and helps me unwind whenever I'm at home. It lasts longer than I had anticipated. There are numerous cones available, each with their own purpose. The aroma of lavander was wonderful! Highly suggested.
