GBBad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.

Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference.
