GBDon't bother After several attempts to get a working product, I gave up. How can you say you made sure the product worked but it doesn't when I receive it. I followed instructions completely but it didn't function whatsoever.

Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. GBBad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.
