GBToo Timid is NO MORE my go-to company Too Timid used to be my go-to company, as they seemed to have honest reviews. Lately, negative reviews don't seem to be published or are dropped when an item is re-listed. I have also recently purchased a defective vibrator, only to be replaced by another model which won't work. So, maybe their stock isn't what it used to be, either. Finding another company.

GBGood company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.

GBEducational To say the least, jumping into the world of toys is daunting ... and a little intimidating. You constantly wonder how you might be perceived and worry if you're partner might feel some kind of way. But honestly, being a part of the TooTimid (if even just to receive the emails with links to blog posts) has been so settling. They just take the stigma out of everything, and I find I'm always looking forward to the next one.

GBBad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.

When it arrived, there was something under the outer jelly cover. I called TooTimid and they sent me a new one right away. I was really impressed with their pleasant customer service and willingness to replace what was a free gift item.
