Good company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.

Excellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Excellent service.

Educational To say the least, jumping into the world of toys is daunting ... and a little intimidating. You constantly wonder how you might be perceived and worry if you're partner might feel some kind of way. But honestly, being a part of the TooTimid (if even just to receive the emails with links to blog posts) has been so settling.
