GBMy feels real vibrator is great My feels real vibrator is great! But the free Rabbit vibrator I received with my order I’ve been unable to use. Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?

GBExcellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. GBBad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.
