They have a very fun and interesting website featuring all the best adult toys and productsI love how most of the products have a video which demonstrates how the toy is used, which is very helpful. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference.
