Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?

Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Good company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.
