GBDon't bother After several attempts to get a working product, I gave up. How can you say you made sure the product worked but it doesn't when I receive it. I followed instructions completely but it didn't function whatsoever.

When it arrived, there was something under the outer jelly cover. I called TooTimid and they sent me a new one right away. I was really impressed with their pleasant customer service and willingness to replace what was a free gift item.

GBToo Timid is NO MORE my go-to company Too Timid used to be my go-to company, as they seemed to have honest reviews. Lately, negative reviews don't seem to be published or are dropped when an item is re-listed. I have also recently purchased a defective vibrator, only to be replaced by another model which won't work. So, maybe their stock isn't what it used to be, either. Finding another company.

GBExcellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Excellent service.

GBMy feels real vibrator is great My feels real vibrator is great! But the free Rabbit vibrator I received with my order I’ve been unable to use. Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?
