GBGood company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.

GBYou won't be disappointed Too Timid is a great site with a lot of choices, fast discreet delivery, and great customer service. I do hope they will include, in the near future, a variety of ESTIM toys. My husband and I tried one from another site, and while hesitant at first, we liked it. Also, when I bought something i regretted, due to it's size, I was very surprised to receive an e mail offering a replacement of anything else and my payment would be credited toward it.

GBBad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.

GBEducational To say the least, jumping into the world of toys is daunting ... and a little intimidating. You constantly wonder how you might be perceived and worry if you're partner might feel some kind of way. But honestly, being a part of the TooTimid (if even just to receive the emails with links to blog posts) has been so settling. They just take the stigma out of everything, and I find I'm always looking forward to the next one.
