Good company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.

Great service Great service, love the products we've used so far and fast, discreet shipping. I received a rabbit vibe as a free gift. When it arrived, there was something under the outer jelly cover. I called TooTimid and they sent me a new one right away. I was really impressed with their pleasant customer service and willingness to replace what was a free gift item.

Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?
