GBExcellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Excellent service.

GBToo Timid is NO MORE my go-to company Too Timid used to be my go-to company, as they seemed to have honest reviews. Lately, negative reviews don't seem to be published or are dropped when an item is re-listed. I have also recently purchased a defective vibrator, only to be replaced by another model which won't work. So, maybe their stock isn't what it used to be, either. Finding another company.

GBGreat service Great service, love the products we've used so far and fast, discreet shipping. I received a rabbit vibe as a free gift. When it arrived, there was something under the outer jelly cover. I called TooTimid and they sent me a new one right away. I was really impressed with their pleasant customer service and willingness to replace what was a free gift item.

GBBad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasnβt working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.
