Good company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.

Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. Bad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.
