Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?

Educational To say the least, jumping into the world of toys is daunting ... and a little intimidating. You constantly wonder how you might be perceived and worry if you're partner might feel some kind of way. But honestly, being a part of the TooTimid (if even just to receive the emails with links to blog posts) has been so settling. Too Timid is NO MORE my go-to company Too Timid used to be my go-to company, as they seemed to have honest reviews. Lately, negative reviews don't seem to be published or are dropped when an item is re-listed. I have also recently purchased a defective vibrator, only to be replaced by another model which won't work. So, maybe their stock isn't what it used to be, either. Finding another company.
