Excellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Excellent service.

Educational To say the least, jumping into the world of toys is daunting ... and a little intimidating. Too Timid is NO MORE my go-to company Too Timid used to be my go-to company, as they seemed to have honest reviews. Lately, negative reviews don't seem to be published or are dropped when an item is re-listed. I have also recently purchased a defective vibrator, only to be replaced by another model which won't work. So, maybe their stock isn't what it used to be, either. Finding another company.
