GBDon't bother After several attempts to get a working product, I gave up. How can you say you made sure the product worked but it doesn't when I receive it. I followed instructions completely but it didn't function whatsoever.

When it arrived, there was something under the outer jelly cover. I called TooTimid and they sent me a new one right away. I was really impressed with their pleasant customer service and willingness to replace what was a free gift item.

GBThey're Awesome! I've been a customer for a few years now. They're amazing. They ship quickly, and it really is discreet. The shipping rates are reasonable even though I live in Alaska, which never happens. They're products are great and if something doesn't work right they'll make it right. Superb customer service!!
