You won't be disappointed Too Timid is a great site with a lot of choices, fast discreet delivery, and great customer service. I do hope they will include, in the near future, a variety of ESTIM toys. My husband and I tried one from another site, and while hesitant at first, we liked it. Also, when I bought something i regretted, due to it's size, I was very surprised to receive an e mail offering a replacement of anything else and my payment would be credited toward it.

Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Don't bother After several attempts to get a working product, I gave up. How can you say you made sure the product worked but it doesn't when I receive it. I followed instructions completely but it didn't function whatsoever.

Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?
