GBExcellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Excellent service.

GBMy feels real vibrator is great My feels real vibrator is great! But the free Rabbit vibrator I received with my order I’ve been unable to use. Unfortunately after opening it… I put in my batteries and the threaded piece cracked and busted when Twisting the cap back on. And I was being gentle with it since it is brand new. I’m super bummed now cuz now the metal connectors won’t make contact with the battery ends. Sad Jaime. Anything you can do for me?

They have a very fun and interesting website featuring all the best adult toys and productsI love how most of the products have a video which demonstrates how the toy is used, which is very helpful. Angela is great at showing off the toys and explaining the various articles.

GBDon't bother After several attempts to get a working product, I gave up. How can you say you made sure the product worked but it doesn't when I receive it. I followed instructions completely but it didn't function whatsoever.
