GBToo Timid is NO MORE my go-to company Too Timid used to be my go-to company, as they seemed to have honest reviews. Lately, negative reviews don't seem to be published or are dropped when an item is re-listed. I have also recently purchased a defective vibrator, only to be replaced by another model which won't work. So, maybe their stock isn't what it used to be, either. Finding another company.

GBExcellent Customr Service Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained. Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period. I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference. Excellent service.

CAvery satisfying I’m always very satisfied with satisfied with the toys I buy and appreciate the free offers for free toys… But overall girls you gotta try tootimid water base lube it’s a must, I’ve tried a number of lubes over the years and this one is by far the very best
