Bad experience Hello guys, I has to request a new equipment because the first one wasn’t working, then after the new one arrived, it lasted 2 months and broke. After sending an email to headquarters, there is no option of fixing this.

It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered.
