They updated me frequently on their investigation and their findings and finally notified me of the decision to refund me. They also let me know in advance the time frame to expect the refund. GBScam I agree with the other negative comments. TMZ gave me an invalid software license code, and I have not been able to get them to give me one that works. StackCommerce keeps giving me the runaround, and there is no phone number for customer support. The emails from StackCommerce support appear to be mostly canned replies asking for the same information over and over, and don't address the issue. I provided my phone number in case they needed clarification, but no response. Update: After posting this initial review, received another license key, which appears to work. However, the account information in the apps shows both my old version and this new version, without indicating which one is actually running. Typical Microsoft obfuscation. The installed apps section in Windows Settings does show the new one as being the one actually installed.
