GBA company of character I was contacted by the company about the problem I was having with a macbook purchased through them. I was past the warranty to return the product, but after explaining that it had not been used for over three weeks due to illness in the family, StackCommerce had me send the product back for a full refund. I will use them again and would recommend their character.

GBGetting Beartter.... The process has gotten even smoother. This was from a "special sales announcement" that I expected to be crowded (MS Office Pro Lifetime for $36), but it was the fastest checkout so far. Yes, I'm a returning customer, but I don't keep my info stored on their servers, so its like I'm new... So, fastest purchase so far. I appreciate that (and the great deal!).

GBPaypal checkout woes, e-mails lists I tried to check out via Paypal. Paypal sent me a notice that the charge was successful. The Website then returned an error message saying the paypal transaction was unsuccessful. I feel like I might get double, or triple charged here. I've never had an issue with Paypal check out on a site before. I also got 2 e-mails from the company saying that I'm on 2 e-mail lists that I never signed up for. Follow up: GDGT reached out and it should be resolved now.

GBScam I agree with the other negative comments. TMZ gave me an invalid software license code, and I have not been able to get them to give me one that works. StackCommerce keeps giving me the runaround, and there is no phone number for customer support. The emails from StackCommerce support appear to be mostly canned replies asking for the same information over and over, and don't address the issue. I provided my phone number in case they needed clarification, but no response. Update: After posting this initial review, received another license key, which appears to work. However, the account information in the apps shows both my old version and this new version, without indicating which one is actually running. Typical Microsoft obfuscation. The installed apps section in Windows Settings does show the new one as being the one actually installed.
