This company is absolute trash and… This company is absolute trash and garbage. They stole $140 and didn’t send me my order. I ordered two flood guardian monitors. They throw their hands in the air and straight up take your money and f*** you Do not order from them ever. There are many other better suppliers.

Unbelievable I was bringing my business to this particular store, just because that idea of helping the small guys. However, I just came to the realization that they don't care at all about their customers. I placed an order online. I received a call from them that the transaction has been declined. Ironically I was opening the email my CC had sent me of the transaction been approved. Nonetheless, I called my CC company, after spending near an hour with them on the phone, they concluded that they didn't know what MarineDepot was talking about, that the transaction was totally approved and that there was no issue at all. I was able to see the transaction as pending in my online banking account too. My CC gave me a phone for merchant support so I could give it to MarineDepot. I called MarineDepot again. What I got? Total rudeness, they didn't want to look into the issue, they couldn't care less for what the CC company was saying, not to give them a call to clarify the issue. I guess that this type of attitude is why people go and do business with Amazon.

This place is the bomb! This place is the bomb!! Never have any problem, the primary reason I shop there is due to their excellent customer support . They have a lot of stuff , good selection, and very Good prices!!!

BAD, BAD BAD! As a customer overseas, my recent experience with Marine Depot has been horrible. Placed an order in November last year, yet have yet to recieve it - they've taken my money but no product! I call and I'm met with people who don't care, or can't understand my situation. The service level is simply shocking and unacceptable.

Great & Prompt Customer Service I ordered the 15x15'' cube rimless and seamless fish tank that was on sale at the time. When I received my order and there was a minor chip on one of the corners at the bottom, and since it was directly on a corner I was worried if it would eventually leak. So I emailed MarineDepot with my concern and a few pictures for proof, they promptly emailed me back telling me they are sending me out a new tank with a return label & apologized for the inconvenience. I had my new tank within days & was it beautiful! Thank you MarineDepot I am very happy with my products!
