Not able to cancel order I placed an order on a Saturday, and then tried to cancel it the same day. I was told this was impossible and that after it shipped I could send back for a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Hard to see how this couldn't have been canceled in this circumstance. I will now use bulk reef supply as my preferred vendor as they have exceptional customer service.

I used to purchase solely from BRS before, but now alternate between BRS and Marinedepot. There are many products that Marindepot has better pricing on, or have better selection.
