GBUnbelievable I was bringing my business to this particular store, just because that idea of helping the small guys. However, I just came to the realization that they don't care at all about their customers. I placed an order online. I received a call from them that the transaction has been declined. Ironically I was opening the email my CC had sent me of the transaction been approved. Nonetheless, I called my CC company, after spending near an hour with them on the phone, they concluded that they didn't know what MarineDepot was talking about, that the transaction was totally approved and that there was no issue at all. I was able to see the transaction as pending in my online banking account too. My CC gave me a phone for merchant support so I could give it to MarineDepot. I called MarineDepot again. What I got? Total rudeness, they didn't want to look into the issue, they couldn't care less for what the CC company was saying, not to give them a call to clarify the issue. I guess that this type of attitude is why people go and do business with Amazon.

GBThis company is absolute trash and… This company is absolute trash and garbage. They stole $140 and didn’t send me my order. I ordered two flood guardian monitors. They throw their hands in the air and straight up take your money and f*** you Do not order from them ever. There are many other better suppliers.

GBAwful service Awful service. First time purchase on Monday Labor Day paid extra for 5 business days delivery. No news on Tuesday or Wed or Thursday so I sent email to customer service response was they had too many orders to fill. It would be first come first served. Tried to cancel order on 4th business day was told it already shipped. 7th business day got notice it shipped from warehouse and would be stuck in Atlanta due to hurricane. This place is all about getting your business and then giving you the business don’t wast your time or money with them. Too many others to choose from.

GBNot able to cancel order I placed an order on a Saturday, and then tried to cancel it the same day. I was told this was impossible and that after it shipped I could send back for a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Hard to see how this couldn't have been canceled in this circumstance. I will now use bulk reef supply as my preferred vendor as they have exceptional customer service.

ILThis place is the bomb! This place is the bomb!! Never have any problem, the primary reason I shop there is due to their excellent customer support . They have a lot of stuff , good selection, and very Good prices!!!
