The ease of using Deal Dash I have had wonderful experiences with Deal Dash. I have won some wonderful products for my home and as gifts. It's easy from start to finish with buying bids, to bidding, great information on the products, and paying for the product in the end. Shipping has been quick and I have had NO damage to any product. I say join and have some fun!

I had been enjoying the wins and… I had been enjoying the wins and letting people know about them. Sadly, those wins, came to a dead stop and none of the people who have joined, because of my excitement, have not won anything. One person told me, that upon checking prior winners lists, they placed more bids than over 50% of the winning auction bids were placed and still never won anything. I do understand her being frustrated. Such as I went from over 10,000 to under 1,000 in one month, trying for a man's watch of any sort and often times ended up being the 1st runner up. It just didn't make sense, how I could be 1st runner up every time, for the same watch.

I had previously wrote a negative… I had previously wrote a negative review for dealdash because of an interaction with customer service that left me feeling mistreated. Now I do not feel the negative review was unwarranted but I will say I removed it and now am posting this positive one because customer support reached out to me personally to discuss it to remedy the situation. That's the customer support team that I know and love. Everyone, don't let my last review hinder you from checking out dealdash. Because it's greater than any auction site or any other site like it. The support team is unbeatable at their profession. I know that sounds silly coming from me after the last review but if anything it should show the amount of empathy and compassion that they have. Dealdash, thanks for making me feel like part of the dealdash family!

I Have had 7 years of rare wins but… I Have had 7 years of rare wins but those have greatly improved my lifestyle and saved lots of money I would have spent eventually. Because DealDash returns up to 30 bids used each day, even tight budgets can allow play. Knowledge of rules and experience makes a big difference (the rules do change now and again). Customer service is unbelievable. Most recently a chandelier I won was missing 15 crystals that would leave gaps in the structure if assembled without. I asked if perhaps the manufacturer could help me find replacements. Instead, DealDash had an entire chandelier sent! There have been other generous fixes as well. So, despite mostly disappointments, I continue with these auctions day after day I feel I owe DealDash my patronage.

DealDash has been a great experience… DealDash has been a great experience for me! Auctions are fun and exciting! Every day there is a different challenge, different deals, different specials! Once an auction is won, the process is simple. I love the options that you sometimes get to receive bids instead of the product. Shipping is free and items have been received rather quickly! All and all fun!
