Pretty good! Pretty good, not the best but not the worst. Purchased some Kawaii gear including a backpack, which arrived on time. Had to ping support for a missing shirt, took a few days to get back to me but they fixed it.

I tried calling (non working number), I emailed them and waited 8 days with no response, then I filled out a form on their website with "not receiving notifications" as they said to do and waited another week with no response. I believe it's hit-or-miss with this company....buyer beware. I disputed my payment
