Buy at your own risk!!! Ordered a backpack for my daughter, and never recieved a email confirmation on my order from their website. Just like a lot of others who negativly reviewed this site, absolutely no communication from kawaiimerch.com. I tried calling (non working number), I emailed them and waited 8 days with no response, then I filled out a form on their website with "not receiving notifications" as they said to do and waited another week with no response. I believe it's hit-or-miss with this company....buyer beware. I disputed my payment

The email I used for my order is valentinadecossio206@icloud. com and the name of my order is either Valentina Fernandez or Valentina DeCossio. I can’t remember which last name I put but the order is a Cartoon HelloKitty Kawaii Quilted bag it’s the hot pink purse, it has a big bow on the front. Thank you again for helping me.

Good experience! Recently tried out this store for some kawaii items - plushies, and it's been a pretty good experience. Delivery in 12 days so not bad.
