GBBuy at your own risk!!! Ordered a backpack for my daughter, and never recieved a email confirmation on my order from their website. Just like a lot of others who negativly reviewed this site, absolutely no communication from kawaiimerch.com. I tried calling (non working number), I emailed them and waited 8 days with no response, then I filled out a form on their website with "not receiving notifications" as they said to do and waited another week with no response. I believe it's hit-or-miss with this company....buyer beware. I disputed my payment

GBGreat! Huh, delivery took long days, I was nervous if I would ever receive it, but the Cinnamoroll slippers arrived after 15 days. Support was unresponsive, they responded after 5 days with an apology saying they were having staffing issues now. Overall not bad, but support needs improvement.

GBAfter reading some negative reviews… After reading some negative reviews about KawaiiMerch.com, I was unsure about making a purchase.Eventually, I decided to order a kigurumi onesia. Although there was a slight delay in shipping , the onesia exceeded my expectation when it finally arrived. It was incredibly soft and adorable, and I couldn't be happier with the product itself. While customer support was slow to respond to my inquiries, they did send me an apology letter for the inconvenience caused. Despite the initial concerns, I'm glad i took the chance and got a great onesie.
