Although there was a slight delay in shipping , the onesia exceeded my expectation when it finally arrived. It was incredibly soft and adorable, and I couldn't be happier with the product itself. While customer support was slow to respond to my inquiries, they did send me an apology letter for the inconvenience caused. Despite the initial concerns, I'm glad i took the chance and got a great onesie.
