customer service is bad, lead quality is below par lead quality is not good "speed to lead" is not true because they vet them with their "not-fun-to-talk-to" overseas workers and it takes a while to get the lead to the marketplace and into your CRM. Experienced investors know that getting on the phone within the first 5 minutes is crucial, and that is not possible with these leads. Mainly leaving a terrible review because I've literally requested and texted many times to be removed from their enormous amount of text messages and email marketing / notifications and they cannot simply remove me from their list. Quite annoying and very agitating. I do not recommend this company. There are much better ones. Customer service is not up to par
