GBLike-new product was disturbingly used I purchased a body grooming razor that was advertised as "open box." The razor arrived and, as soon as I opened it, a bunch of tiny little hair trimmings escaped onto my hands. Given that this razor is used for "manscaping," I was quite grossed out by the prospect of someone else's body hairs being in my home, and particularly on my body. This product was not directly shipped by Tanga, rather by some covert third-party. If Tanga is going to allow other vendors to sell products like this on their site, there should be a much higher level of oversight, which doesn't appear to be in place given that, according to the reviews on their site, I'm not the first person to have this experience. I requested a refund and it was granted in about two business days with no questions asked, and no return requested, which is why this isn't a one-star review.

SGHygiene Concerns at Tangs Market: A Disappointing Experience I recently visited Tangs Market and was dismayed by the lack of hygiene standards at one of the stalls. While queuing to buy a drink, I noticed a stall selling Popiah and Kueh Pie Tee. The stall owner showed no regard for hygiene practices, as he repurposed packaging bags and disposable cutlery from a carton box placed directly on the chopping board used to prepare food. This carton box was placed beside the fried turnip without any covering, posing a serious risk of contamination. Even after removing the carton box, the chopping board was left uncleaned. This experience was appalling, and I will not be returning to eat at Tangs Market.

GBGreat customer service! Tanga did great in first offering a great price on a device I wanted. Unfortunately, the device (through no fault of their own) wasn't performing well. So, I had to return it, as well as the warranty I had purchased on it. Tanga handled all the return labels and promptly issued refunds, accordingly. They also answered my emails throughout the whole experience. Couldn't ask for more!

GBConfused My oder came as promised. I received 4 sets that looked very good. One set [black] had mixed size. The top was an XL, but the bottom had an XL tag, but Medium label. The return process was very taxing. I've been trying for days to have this problem resolved online for 3 days, but the process for letting you know the issue is negatively repetitive. It told me to upload photos then the screen went back to the home screen. Could never get to enter my issue. All I want is to get the Medium pant back to you for the XL pant I should have gotten.
