Tanga is simply wonderful! If you are on the fence about ordering products from Tanga…just do it. Seriously. I had an issue with an item I purchased. I reached out to customer service and they resolved my problem quickly, efficiently, and professionally! I will not hesitate to order from them again; their top-tier customer service is a rare gem these days!

Tanga's Price Was the Best I decided to order my air purifier from Tanga because it had a very good price. I placed my order and my order arrived sooner than expected. I was a little concerned since the shipping box had one whole side ripped off and the top of the product box was crushed. But fortunately upon opening the box the Bonaire air purifier was in perfect working condition. The item was shipped UPS so I'm not sure where the problem with the damage to the box occurred. Since the product was fine and in good working order, overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Site needs a phone number for customer service listed on site I ordered a cart from Tanga,somewhere or somehow item was sent to some else. Tanga refunded my money. The postal service said the label had different name and address on it. So they said I most likely got wrong tracking number. Response from Tanga was prompt, would be nice if there was a phone to call them instead of internet.

I don’t like the fact that this item is… I don’t like the fact that this item is very stiff and when I attach it to my knee,it isn’t flexible enough to lie securely flat against my skin the way it seems to be in the advertisement and the pictures showing its usage!

Confused My oder came as promised. I received 4 sets that looked very good. One set [black] had mixed size. The top was an XL, but the bottom had an XL tag, but Medium label. The return process was very taxing. I've been trying for days to have this problem resolved online for 3 days, but the process for letting you know the issue is negatively repetitive. It told me to upload photos then the screen went back to the home screen. Could never get to enter my issue. All I want is to get the Medium pant back to you for the XL pant I should have gotten.
