Site needs a phone number for customer service listed on site I ordered a cart from Tanga,somewhere or somehow item was sent to some else. Tanga refunded my money. The postal service said the label had different name and address on it. So they said I most likely got wrong tracking number. Response from Tanga was prompt, would be nice if there was a phone to call them instead of internet.

Great customer service! Tanga did great in first offering a great price on a device I wanted. Unfortunately, the device (through no fault of their own) wasn't performing well. So, I had to return it, as well as the warranty I had purchased on it. Tanga handled all the return labels and promptly issued refunds, accordingly. They also answered my emails throughout the whole experience. Couldn't ask for more!

Great products but very poor packaging I loved the great prices and fast shipping but the packaging for my 3 Stanley bottle’s wasn’t appropriate and caused damage to one of the bottles. All 3 bottles were put into one thin plastic envelope which you could tell has been tossed around several times therefor the damaged bottle. If at least they were shipped in a bubble envelope that would protect these bottles and writing them individually in some bubble wrap would do too.

I got these lights for my bedroom I got these lights for my bedroom. I'm 75 and I love how they come on when I get up during the night, then shut off. Helps me so I don't run into things. I think they would be great for anybody.
