The pictures were of these cute dresses and of course after waiting nearly 2 months to receive the clothes, they were nothing like the picture and very bad quality.I have attempted to contact them for a return because they do state you can return things within 30 days. I have received a couple of emails asking questions but no return mail authorization or anything.i went online and did investigation about this company and i found their help number which is i was able to get in touch with this company customer service my attempted was sucessful this time they giude me to return this dress and i got my order amount back as well ". Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. They say full refunds are available and won’t do it. Keep trying to offer 30% back. Had to call Amex to dispute charge since they refused to give me money back

“Refund policy” is a joke. My boyfriend bought me the Black Cat Jordan 4’s and sadly they were too small. We went on the website to see if they allow refunds and they do so we emailed the company and asked how we could do that and they refused. They said they would give us a 30% discount on our next order instead which we said no we just wanted a refund. They still refused and said that “shipping will cost $70-$100 and will probably get lost in transit”. We never got our refund so now we have a pair of $200 shoes going to waste. Please do not buy from here. Their company is a joke and their “refund policy” that is stated online is a lie.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. To begin with it said, it said it would take two weeks to get here. It took over a month. When the package came the box was water damaged. And there was no certification paper. I was immediately disappointed. The shoes were very clearly fakes. These are worth 20 dollars at the most. I have real jordans to and the difference was obvious. I had been scammed. I tried on the shoes and my feet were immediately in pain. It hurts so bad. They are clearly fakes. Just spend the extra 20 dollars on real ones. It also just makes me so mad that they are charging almost the same amount for real ones but these are fake! Don’t order from here. Please if you read this while your shoes are on the way just cancel them immediately. Some certified places to buy from are Stockx and goat. A lot of the people I know order their real ones from their. Those two websites are also certified.
