“Refund policy” is a joke. My boyfriend bought me the Black Cat Jordan 4’s and sadly they were too small. We went on the website to see if they allow refunds and they do so we emailed the company and asked how we could do that and they refused. They said they would give us a 30% discount on our next order instead which we said no we just wanted a refund. They still refused and said that “shipping will cost $70-$100 and will probably get lost in transit”. We never got our refund so now we have a pair of $200 shoes going to waste. Please do not buy from here. Their company is a joke and their “refund policy” that is stated online is a lie.

The shoes are replicas and bad ones at that... The shoes are replicas and bad ones at that. The prices make the shoes seem legit, but I assure you they aren't. I ordered a pair of AJ5's and the mesh material was cheap and wrong, the shoes were several different shades of white and the front was light blue. The stiching was terrible and the Jordan symbol was awful. I requested a refund and now they won't respond. I've contacted them numerous times, but to no avail. You've been warned, by someone who took one for the team. Update: After I sent them 25 emails, the offered to refund me 15%. Their refund policy is a lie!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. They say full refunds are available and won’t do it. Keep trying to offer 30% back. Had to call Amex to dispute charge since they refused to give me money back

I love this shirt I love this tshirt. I might have liked a size smaller but it's fine really. The fabric is made of good quality. Soft too!
