Very disappointing quality I have to agree with the other reviewers about the poor quality of these collars. After a few months use, the buckle literally fell apart while I was putting it on my dog. Pieces of it went all over the kitchen floor. I’m just thankful it didn’t break while I was outside walking my dog. So expensive for the worst quality collar I’ve ever had.

The Foggy Dog is just that foggy The Foggy Dog is just that foggy. I ordered 338 dollars worth of merchandise on March 15 2021. I have emailed and emailed and emailed they have a suspended phone isnt that convienent. I want a refund that is alot of money and nobody will contact me. I want to cry the worst experience of my life

Super cute right out of the box, BUT… Super cute right out of the box. Design is beautiful. But after 6 months his collar has completely disintegrated from the outside layer. My other dogs collar was half the price and holds up great!

Buyers Beware I love the collars, but they scratch easy and turn a copper color in less than 3 weeks. You can find the same collar, but cheaper in price on Etsy. They scratch too by the way!! I contacted customer service, waiting to hear back as I want a refund on this junk.

Nice product, bad business and clueless customer service I am a SF resident and wanted to support a local business, but this experience just wasn't it. First, I emailed about picking up and was told that shipping would be deducted from my order. After taking days to get back to me, I picked it up and followed up about the deducted charges. I asked a few times and they didn't know how to deduct so I could still see the shipping charged. I decided to drop it even though the exchange left me sour. The bandana was nice, but way too expensive for what it was. For my dog I got a small because they said it would fit up to 13" (my dog was around 11") and it looked WAY too tiny on my dog. I'd say they need to shape up the whole business aspect of this. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever encountered.
